Continuous Improvement (Level 2)

Level 2 Assessment:

Our Continuous Improvement professionals will come to your site for 4-5 weeks. We will initially assess your current CI situation, meet with managers, supervisors and employees, and attend any CI related meetings.

Our team will develop plans to help you improve your processes and work directly along with the appropriate teams to implement these plans. The difference between Level 2 and Level 1 is that we will help drive the execution of these plans along with you at this level. At the conclusion we will conduct a full report-out to your management team on the issues that we addressed, what we did, the results, and potential next steps.
